The prices for our products are set out in our website. These are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in US Dollars. You will be billed in US Dollars.
We accept the following types of payment:
Payment will be deducted upon confirmation of your order.
International orders may be subjected to customs or import duty charge. You may also incur additional currency conversion fees or other bank fees. Please check with your bank before making your order.
As all our products are handcrafted and made to order, production of orders will only commence upon receipt of payment. Please allow up to 5 working days’ lead time for production.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns for regular priced products for exchange or online store credit only. Unfortunately, we do not offer monetary refunds. Customers must seek prior approval for any returns. Please notify us at email@example.com with the subject “RETURN ITEM” within 14 days of receiving your products. Please allow 5 working days for your enquiry to be processed.
The product(s) being returned must be in their original condition with their original packaging and additional postage charges incurred during the return process will be borne by the customer.
All sales for promotional products are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for these products.
We regret that we will not be able to accept returns for earrings (due to hygiene reasons), or purchases that have been engraved, are not in their original condition or have exceeded the 14-day timeframe.
